Orders can be picked 7 days a week, 6am - 10pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders will be held for 72 hours. Once 72 hours pass the order will be marked as fulfilled and the product(s) ordered will be donated to local homeless veterans. Thank you for your contribution.

LOCAL DELIVERY
*$7.99 Delivery to local residents in up to a 15 mile radius from FISHINAGUA Hydration Center with minimum order requirement of $10.00.

*$16.99 Delivery fee past 15 mile radius to up to 30 mile radius from FISHINAGUA Hydration Center with minimum order requirement of $40.00.

*$23.99 Delivery fee past 30 mile radius to up to 60 mile radius from FISHINAGUA Hydration Center with minimum order requirement of $100.00.
Delivery hours between 6am-10pm.
Cut off time for delivery order is 10pm. Any delivery orders made after cut off time will have to be scheduled for delivery at least the following day.
 
STANDARD RATE ECONOMY SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase is made using either Amazon Fulfillment, USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the shipping address and/or product being ordered. Standard ground delivery standard is 2 - 8 days. Rate for shipping is based on weight of package and will be applied to orders shipped. We ship international to over 236 countries. Please ensure you input your correct shipping information when ordering products online. Items returned to sender due to address input errors by the customer will not be re-sent to the customer at FISHINAGUA’s expense. If a package does not arrive due to address input error from the customer, the customer will have to pay shipping and handling expenses for re-shipping the order.

HANDLING FEE
Handling fee is factored in and included into shipping.

SALES TAX
Depending on the state an order is shipped to, purchases may be subject to sales tax which the amount will be included in the order at check out.

PALLETS - Freight (Wholesale Orders)
All freight wholesale orders have a deadline of the 17th of each month. Orders paid in full prior to the 17th of each month will be scheduled to ship on estimated the 10th of the following month. Transportation costs of Pallet freight wholesale orders will vary depending on the city/state of the shipment destination. Lift gate assistance is included in cost to ship these wholesale orders to resellers. All wholesale orders are final. Due to logistics planning and management, we do not issue refunds on wholesale orders once paid. Currently, wholesale orders are reserved for United States domestic customers only.
